I think it's great to hear you excited about something!If you were just doing this because you were good at science or because you wanted the money I'd be worried and honestly wouldn't expect you to be that great a doctor. On average, I'd rather have the doctor who sees me as a person with a life I want to lead healthily.

that was one of the things i found interesting. one woman told the doctor she had been smoking pot to deal with nasuea. and i really appreciated kate's response which involved some sort of "im not allowed to promote that kind of thing" but was also very interested in the fact that weed instantly fixed the woman's nausea. you know, like, you are obligated to say some of the "doctorly" things, but you can also be accepting and non-judgemental about it.
