man how the times change. i havent updated for weeks, but it seems like lifetimes. my entire life has changed over the past four or five weeks. wish it was for the better. first off, ashley fell for him. just like i knew she would. i told her that 4 weeks ago. not that that did a whole lot of good. a conversation the other day (friday) revealed

Only you have control of your emotions...If you are angry, sad, hateful its only bc you chose to be that way...same goes with happiness, joy, and purpose they come from yourself...You cant depend on ANYONE else to make you happy...its gotta come from you...
