I have hit rock bottom, I think. I forgot to show up for work this morning, and my two colleagues very apologetically called me to tell me that i was supposed to have shown up for work forty minutes ago. I feel just a hair's breadth away from weeping hysterically. The pain in my shoulderblade has not abated, even after multiple trips to a Chinese
