Can't believe everything you hear. One month they're telling you dairy is good for you, next they're sayin' it's bad. Just a matter of time 'til they acknowledge nicotine's health properties.
... Depends on what you're tryin' to say. What purpose am I tryin' to serve with nude photos?
Lotta historical imagery, paintings, works of art work with the nude form because it's always been a source of interest. When you consider what's beautiful, you automatically refer to the ideal nude form. In historical paintings, classic periods, especially early shit, the body was revered and purified, sensual but not sexual, even when certain traits were fetishised with different times an' cultures.
And photography... bringin' in photography, in a way, stole the purity or perceived purity of the nude. Suddenly those bodies weren't smooth an' idealised, or airbrushed and perfected by painters in the same way beauty magazines do now. Early images were of prostitutes, 'cause no dignified woman got in her skivvies for a photo, not like she might for a paintin'. People'd see her shit. They'd see hair on her snatch. They didn' like that
