i would like to post new pic icons but can't figure out how... i tried several different ways but still no go.

You mean actual pictures and turning them into icons? It can be done right here in lj lovely!

You do it right where you would normally upload an icon that's already made. You know, if you look in an icon journal and you save it to your computer and then later upload it into your journal icons... See where I'm going with this?

You go to that same spot to upload photos of your own and then it will take you through an extra step where you can virtually square out the spot of that photo that you want to be your new icon.

Am I making any sense? lol... Sorry if I'm not. :D
