Here. Dealing with the federal shutdown. Mark's a contractor in a federal building, so he was home all last week. He worked some from home, and then got hit with the cold we all had, so he was on sick leave for part of the week. I hear you on the shut down wreaking havoc- it's a mess with Pete's job too, only he does have to work every day, all day and hope he gets paid.

Have you thought about getting an IUD? I can't use hormonal birth control, so I have the Paraguard. The first year was rough (longer periods, crazy cramps), but being able to have fun with Pete without worrying is priceless. After the first year, all is totally normal.
