Why is it we must watch such shows as "laguna beach" we watch these peoples lives and barly live our own. We strive for amazing, whats wrong with mediocre. The most beautiful people are the ones who make it threw struggle. Not those who were born with fortune. I understand we ponder that exstistance because its beyond what we are, but why so much?

I, for one, don't watch television unless it's News, Weather, or Jeopardy.
Occasional oldschool cartoons are good too. :)

I happen to think that Tv is more for the gossip factor.
Gives people things to related to.

Also givse people something to strive for if you want it in literal terms.
