You have to weigh yourself at the same time every day. You'll fluctuate between 3 and 4 pounds in a given day... but oddly the cycle seems to be in sync. i.e. I can weigh myself when I wake up and I'm pretty consistent with the day before, but in the afternoon I'm 2 lbs heavier than i was when I work up? I'm not sure where all this extra mass comes from or goes too in a given day.
