So, I'm starting a new job next week. It occurred to me today that one of the most awkward aspects of starting a new job is the day you meet your hottest coworker. I hate my job. I really do. Its awful. All day long, I sit and stare at a computer, pretending to work. I'm suppose to be identifying funding opportunities, meeting with staff to develop proposals in response to the opportunities identified, researching and writing the proposals, sending them in, and tracking their status. Don't ever rent someone a room in your house, especially if they tell you that they are planning to be gone, working, most of the time they live with you.
