I've been pretty busy these last few days, and, as a result, I've been neglecting everyone's posts. Now worries, though; I'm reading, and I promise I'll catch up!

And eh. My job sucks, but luckily I'm getting some money out of it and my misery isn't for naught? (Trying to stay positive here, lol. Otherwise it's going to be a loooong summer)

I'm sorry as well, but I totally laughed my ass off at the "WHO'S READY TO SAVE SOME WHALES?!" part XD Also, after that orientation, I would have been like, "Um, no. I'll just watch." You are super brave to not only tend to a whale that could have very well killed you at any point, but to tend to it while swimming in its pee. Ewwwwwww.

ROFL, THIS IS LITERALLY THE LAST THING I EXPECTED TO READ AFTER THAT BEAUTIFUL BEGINNING TO THIS ENTRY. /caps lock
I'm sure that instructor had no reason to lie, but I find it hard to believe that whales could pass parasites to us. That's probably the best way to keep hundreds of volunteers from overly touching the whales. Little do I know, I'll probably die from a whale disease now.
