CookingLight.com is a great resource. It's what I use. There are tons of simple, quick, and healthy recipes.

Wait, do you have to subscribe? It's not letting me view recipes.

What I've been using so far is epicurious.com. I like the little "recipe box" they have.

Forgot about having to log in for the site... My mom gets the magazines. So once I'm back up in Denton, I'll give you the login info you need if you're still interested in looking. I really like it because every month they have articles for how to do something if you've never tried before! Everything from chicken and barbeque to pasta and veggies.
