The past couple months have been pretty busy.  Eric & I finally moved out of our rat-ridden hellhole.  We have a really nice place in the 19th ward but the neighborhood has garbage blowing all over the place and no public garbage cans.  I want to write a letter or even request some garbage cans, it’s pretty ridiculous.  We even live right across ( Read more... )

Today actually has turned into a pretty awesome day thus far. First in my 2d Design class we had a big painting homework to do which I slacked and didn’t do until last night and of course didn’t really finish it. I made an apple crumb pie the other day and it was superb (I was getting jealous of dogtown's yummy one). A picture over here.

I believe I just made my first pizza dough from scratch. It came out super yummy. No burnt spots and no soft spots and it was a pretty big pizza. I was supposed to make a calzone but I was in a rush because it was getting late and forgot. Next time I’ll try for the calzone.

This week has had very high ups and very low downs. So Tuesday I was told that the RIT photo program was full but on Wednesday I was looking into this email I received from RIT to activate my email account with them.
