Every night before I go to bed (unless someone's sleeping over),
I take off my glasses,and then un-do my covers. Then, I go to the light, turn it off once and turn in right back on. After that, I turn it off again, and this time I run at full speed into my bed, pull the covers over my body and face and hide for a few minutes. As I get to the point where I will probably fall asleep in a minute, I inch the covers off my face so I can breathe a little bit better.
