My brother bought me the first season of Mad Men but I didn't see the appeal after the first two episodes. He wound up with a copy of Season 1 of the Venture Bros. and so far I have to think he got the better end of the gifting.

I still have it and am willing to give it more of a chance, though. After reading all the rave reviews about it though, The Wire is probably going to preempt that.
