The uber draft is easily one of gayest propositions ever put forth into Congress. What it is, is a bill created by some of the Neo-Cons (Neo Conservatives for thsoe of you who are less than familiar with the term.) to make a multi-front war in the middle East possible. BTW: My info may be a bit off. Also, a lot of it came from here http://amconmag.com/ which is a very interesting site with some very good points. May have to grab myself a subscription. And yes, I am, techinically, a conservative.
