Metro Man got a few odd looks from people after going off on the teenager who ruined his lunch, insulted him and took an unflattering picture of him, but if the people who had witnessed the whole thing go down were outraged or scared out of their minds by what they saw and heard they didn’t let on

There aren't enough Wayne-centric fics, but there should be; he's a very complicated character.

Not the best chapter because of being mostly rambly description.

But on the flip side I tried to make it interesting by delving into his back story namely his relationship with his adopted Father. Having this in the chapter was unplanned, but it goes a long way to explain why he is so upset and afraid of what will happen.

I have a pretty good outline for the next chapter so it is mostly filling in some of the blanks and making everything fit together.

Do you post your fics anywhere else besides LJ? (LJ just seems kind of... inconvenient when it comes to posting chapters and whatnot). I can't really figure out whether there's another chapter to this or not.

This is a great fic. I want to read more. Lasersandspikes is right. There aren't enough Wayne-centered fics. You're doing a great job exploring his character. :D

Unfortunately this is only one of a series of unfinished fanfics I've written. Though I still maintain some hope that I will finish this...eventually. I have one last installment planned, assuming my muse doesn't change the plan and make me write another 1-3 additional chapters.

I actually have posted a good portion of my work on ff.net under the same or a very similar user name (see below).
