Reading all of it like whole, it makes me so happy to be your beta. Your characters are SO alive, so realistic, that it makes me almost hard to think they live in the same world where Mets and Megs used to fight. And it's still perfectly possible because Metro city is full of people like Kat and her brother. This story is simply too gorgeous <3

I certainly do try... ^_^

I was divided about Metz giving Kat comfort huggles after the phone call with her brother, but I think he was afraid she might explode, or take it the wrong way if he did or said ANYTHING about her family.

I'm trying to go a whole chapter without anyone crying or there being comfort huggles for fear of becoming too cliche and redundant, but I think I'm losing this battle.

So far based on the edits and additions I've made no one is crying, but there may be some comfort huggles because I'm not sure the particular scene I have in mind works without including it at the end. When I have this part nearly finished I'll send it off for your review. :)

I think comfort hugs are best hugs, so don't worry. Think about this, you must love your story, and enjoy it, before others could enjoy it as well. This might be a little selfish from me, but I always write for myself first, then the others. If I don't enjoy what I'm writing, I just can't do it.
So you like to write crying/comfort hugs scenes often? As long you're enjoying them, it's OK. I really like your fic, it's a beautiful rare gem and I really like it ^^
