I am looking mostly in Brooklyn and would like to spend $700 or less per person.
I've seen some great apartments I just need somebody to share them with.

I know some NYC folk who are not APO, but who are good people. One just found out today that he needs to be looking for an apartment and a roommate.

Are you open to non-APO folks, if they're vouched for by a brother? The guy in question is a doll. He is openly gay, so if that's an issue, let me know.
