One glass of red wine before bed. Seriously. I started having stress/sinus related sleepless nights over a year ago and someone suggested this and it really works. It's just enough alcohol to turn your brain off for the night. And there has to be less alcohol than NyQuil, because you don't feel groggy in the morning.
