I hate that my first entry in over six months is going to end up being somewhat dreary, yet I kind of feel compelled to do this.

As I may have already said to a few people, I've decided to transfer to Parsons for Design and Technology, even after transferring to Pratt and transferring back to SVA after a week. In hindsight, the transfer was ( Read more... )

you worry too much. being transfer-happy is not a bad thing....its pretty normal and shows that your at least curious and passionate enough to not settle for something thats not exactly what you're looking for. you're searching and thats fine. you should search! its scary cause you dont know what u are going to get but eventually you WILL find your niche. and i dont think u are going to lose your sva connections..you are still in close vicinity to everyone.

I agree. If you were to explain that at a job interview, I think they'd see that it's anything BUT indesiciveness. It's a quest for what you WANT, and you're definitely driven enough to go and find it. Companies eat that shit up.

I love these "State of the DV" entries. =D
