A death in the family...

Poor Ollie, a.k.a. 'that &^%^$# mouse that keeps getting out of her cage, or Magical Mouse' passed away today.   She seemed ok only just yesterday, but just wasn't the same after she escaped her cage a few months ago and eluded us so long that she nearly starved by the time we caught her.

She was a lively addition to the family. We will miss her,

The girls were very sad and bringing lots of stuff to her sister, Squeak, who also seems very sad. Alex (whose mouse is it) is at a scout camp, so he wasn't here when I found her. He's gonna be bummed.

Poor Ollie, I hope he finds a big hunk of cheese in mouse heaven. Sorry I couldn't attend the services.
