so before I left I damaged my bicep or some muscle in my right arm from training. dont know if it was the weights or kickboxing, but ya.. i thought it was better but after surf day 1 it started hurting again.. and today its now really annoyingly hurting. bah ( Read more... )

haha, i had the same thing happen when I was out swimming in the waves. Matt missed it but it seriously jumped out of the water right in front of us and it had huge teeth. I got out shortly after, haha.

Take er easy for a few days dude.. you are probably just using different muscles.
