Whatever brought me to this state, it is not welcome. It seems as though I have the flu. It began with feeling slightly dehydrated, my throat aching, and today I woke to the feeling of my entire boding aching. This is not the day I ordered. I'm not going to work, at least for the first half - I may drag myself in for the second half, as I do need

You probably got your sickness from Richard. Do you smoke? I seem to be the only one who avoided this plague, and I don't smoke, maybe it's a sign. :)

Hope your feeling a bit better now...Make sure to take mass amounts the echinachia and vitaminC..(every 2 hours)also..One of my best cures is spiced tea..add shavings of ginger..lots of lemon Honey..and cyanne pepper..drink it down..that should knock all the bad stuff rite out of your poor sick bosy..*hugs*
