Once again, you and Jay are going to get along SO FREAKING WELL.
So, can we visit sometime in late September/early October?
Jay says: Adrianne Belew (sp?), of King Crimson and Zappa fame played guitar on "Remain" and "Light" and it all sounds like a synth, but it's him. He also says that he doesn't know anyone else who would point out "Waves of Fear", good call. :)

Whoa, that bleepy Atari-like solo on Born Under Punches is a guitar? I really need to get whatever effects pedals he was using.
Of course you can come visit! I'm going to a friend's wedding on October 8th, and one of my cousins is having a birthday party on Cape Cod in late Sept (I'll let you know when; I can probably get out of it.) But other than that, the coast is clear.

And wow...TWO Quine solos on the Top Five? I had no idea Robert Quine played with Matthew Sweet...or Lou Reed, for that matter.
