Should have put this up awhile ago really. I'd appreciate it if you could take the time to read what Nodoka is capable of and reply to this post, thank you!
Threadhopping with this character?: Fine by me! Please check with whoever else is in the thread first though just in case.
Backtagging with this character?: Yup, also fine! If there's something from the past you'd like to play out then I'll do my best to work something out with you.
Hugging this character?: Go ahead! If she isn't familiar with you then she'll probably get flustered and turn red. Then again, that'll probably happen if she does know you...
Giving this character a kiss?: Yup! Expect her to become very embarrassed and her stutter to increase tenfold as a result!
Flirting with this character: Also fine. She won't flirt back or anything like that, expect the above. Flailing, embarrassed, etc~
Relationships?: Nodoka is a very friendly person and has nothing against making new friends! As time passes, her stutter will become less noticeable as she gets to know you and she becomes more comfortable around you, though expect the odd stutter here or there. She might be a little shy on approach, but with time she soon becomes a kind, sociable person.
Past friendship and leading on to romance? In canon, Nodoka has found herself in love with her teacher, Negi. She holds him in high regard and cherishes him very deeply, so much so Nodoka and her best friend Yue, also in love with Negi, have agreed to do their best to win his heart! That's not to say she won't find herself falling for someone else, but give her some time.
Punching this character? (provided they can fight back): Even if she could fight back she wouldn't, fights aren't really Nodoka's thing. Expect her to try to get away or try using her artifact to predict your next move and avoid further injury.
Injuring the character?: Nodoka isn't a fighter. Past the odd punch or a spell she'll be pretty severely injured. If you intend to rough her up a little then that's fine by me, she's used to getting knocked around anyway. If it's anything more severe, such as breaking something or anything more, please contact me first so we can discuss it.
Killing this character?: I have nothing against Nodoka kicking the bucket, though I'd rather discuss it with you first. Should I ever decide it's time for Nodoka to die then I'll probably approach you first on the matter.
Is there anything you do not want mentioned near this character?: Nope, talk about whatever with her. She might feel strongly over some things than others, such as saying she's just a normal girl, or dissing reading, but by all means talk to her about it. 4th walling is eh, if you really want to call her out on being a manga/anime character then contact me first.

Nodoka possesses an artifact called the Diarium Ejus, a magical book which allows her to read the minds of other people by simply knowing their name and having the book open. A person's thoughts will then appear on the book's pages accompanied by a drawing of the person's thoughts, e.g. if a person is thinking about eating a cake then a drawing of that person eating cake will show up.
Nodoka can choose when she can read a person's mind, so it's not like by being near her she'll instantly know their thoughts. She's very careful with her artifact's power and never reads a person's mind for the hell of it. If she gets in a fight with someone or thinks a person has bad intentions that could hurt her or her friends then she'll call her artifact. There might be cases where someone wants to test her mind reading powers, in which case she'll mention how she only uses her artifact when necessary. If someone is persistent however then she might give in, but feel a little guilty about it soon after.
In accordance with the power cap, Nodoka can only use the book's raw power and nothing more to augment that ability. She used to have access to two more artifacts which meant she didn't need to open the Diarium Ejus or find out a person's name to read their mind, though as of now she has no access to them. In the future, one of the two artifacts might show up. If that is the case it will be brought up here.

As such, she will use it to read the minds of others and do her best to avoid what's coming her way. Furthermore, she tends to be precise in what she reads. If she wants to find out about something, she'll ask a person first to make sure they're thinking about what she wants to know, e.g. Your character has some secret plan. Nodoka might ask 'What are your plans?' to ensure your character thinks about the plan, even if it involves trying not to think about their plan.
