No, he is actually dead. He had is heart attack on the show that could have killed him and now he had this one in real life that did.

When I heard he had died two things came to mind. That a while age I told you he had 'died' from his heart attack on the show. The second thing to come to mind is who will our new VP be.

But he's much more useful where he is now.

I wonder how much of the seventh season they've filmed... and what's the likelihood that part of the storyline this seventh season was for Leo to be forced to drop off the ticket.

Then they'd scramble to bring someone in.

And then they'd lose the election.
