Simple things to say…
Get a new doctor…or at least ask more questions pertaining to what he has already assigned you.
Good job not selling the pills.
Your parents love you and are scared that you will be one of the thousand kids they see on the news getting pregnant from a 22 year old then the 22 year old leaving. You are not a slut…not by my knowledge at least… also you are being good by not really fighting with them. If they truly cared they would get rid of the 22 year old so that shows that at least they care about your feelings.
After reading all about adoption that you wrote about I agree with you allowing them to pick one out would be best but I would pick a baby not someone whom has grown up at all.

how exactly would getting rid of the 22 year old solve anything?¿..he treats me wonderfully and he makes me feel good...and not the fake kind of wonderful where i pretend things are groovy when they aren't so that people won't bitch at me because they disapprove of the person i am with......and even if we could be in a situation in which i am pregnant him leaving me is a non issue...not to mention that despite the age different he treats me like an equal...he doesn't look down on me because i am less experienced, nor does he try to take advantages of my innocence or pressure me to do anything i am not ready for or would rather not do....and fyi..i know my parents love me....i dont need an anonymous person to tell me that.

By all means do not get rid of the 22 year old at all you two could not seem more happy together. What I intended by that is just that your parents allowing you to go out with him shows they deeply love you and respect your wishes few parents do that any more for their children.

As far as the parents go it is good that you know they love you for so very few people realize what they have.
