Thank you for these! Could you tell me how these comics were originally released to a Japanese audience? I'm having a hard time finding info on them, and the Chinese is confusing me too x_x

No problem. From what I know, Each chapters of e series are being publish individually in Asuka Ciel magazine each month, Ciel Très Très magazine usually updates e audience what is up and coming of the series. After which these chapters are released as tankōbon which other wise known as comic book. So far there are 6 volumes and some individual chapters.

Thank you... but I'm actually asking about these parts, the Hatori/Chiaki stories. How are they getting released? From what I understand, these Hatori/Chiaki comics are not coming out with the tankoubon. So where are they coming out, and why is there Chinese on them?

They are being released on magazines in Japanese of course. And well since we have English scanlators, we also have the Chinese communities that translate to Chinese. Chinese are easier to be translated from Japanese so probably that's why you see them more often as compared to English scans.
