lmao I'm too embarrassed to post this on my own LJ orz
I'm not even sure why I attempted this in the first place, I'm one of those lame kids who confine oneself to anime/jpop/game music - so these are really lame, but.
Norway; Whispers of the Land [MAC]
I wanted to focus only on one aspect of Norway, which is his attachment to the supernatural. Norwegians are quite the nationalistic bunch, and as they should be - they have so much bountiful nature, so much culture and tradition to be proud of. The cover features the Bergfrue (I know it doesn't look anything like it bawww hush ;_;), one of Norway's two national flowers (the other being the purple heather, if I am not mistaken); it means Mountain Lady, and a very fitting name it is, for it grows in the mountains where it is all rock and soil is scarce. I can't remember what its German name was, but I remember reading somewhere that it means stone-breaker.

Again, I decided not to cover all aspects of Scandinavia but rather only the, um, warring period, when it's all RAAAA PILLAGE AND BURN - for which I have a rather special affection. Also, I know the Shikata Akiko songs are repetitive b-but I love her so. ... the cover sucks, but I really hate using fanart and things like that, I'm sorry orz
