It's #2. You've mentioned being fine with staying at a Capsule Hotel. That's a pretty damn tight space.

And Jadice is correct! 1 and 3 are true, while 2 is false. I actually like tight places. I didn't like my apartment specifically because I wasn't allowed to do most of the things I wanted to do with it because it was technically owned by the city. I didn't really care that it was small.
