well, it's the military....they want to be able to program it young, so they don't mind that they've got a breeding couple on hand. Hehe. I'm sure it's a very cute little baby girl. And if she's anything like her mother, she'll rebel when she's older. Only instead of going -into- the service, she'll become a hippy.
