Anyone fancy pear scrumping?

There are pear trees by the Student Services buildings (back of Hallward). The pears are just falling off them and getting mushed on the ground. IMHO their true place is in my fridge :P

Come on, it'd be cool. Perhaps.

Ace seeing everyone yesterday.... including the new recruits - so many of them! Good grief!

My pear tree spent most of August dropping it's bounty on top of a mockey's precious little car.

Scrumping is the act of stealing fruit. Usually apples, which is why I assume some kinds of cider are known as scrumpy, although that's a shot in the dark and it might just be a big coincidence.

Are these actual edible pears? I'd be up for a bit of sneaky snatching, coz I'm broke and like pears. Haha, times are hard.

The Johnson Arms has a pear tree in the garden. Rather than letting all the pears drop off and go to waste, Lee and Fred picked them all, stuck them in six reasonably-sized boxes, and stuck them on a bar table as a free-for-all.

Do likewise, or they'll all get wasted.

I don't want them to be a free-for-all, I want them to be consumed by me - and anyone else who joins me on my quest of righteousness! You underestimate just how much fruit and veg I am capable of consuming! However, thankyou for your approval.
