Memorial Day Weekend - beaching, spinning, soreness

Ug, I feel so fucking hungover. So much sun this weekend. Went to the beach on Saturday, the beach then the park on Sunday, and the beach again on Monday. Lots of spinning, too. Aaron Jae held a free party/bbq in the meadow next to the conservatory on Sunday, so we all gathered there. Noel taught me some more contact staff...bastard has gotten
