I'll start in the middle with last weekend's Oregon trip. There were 14 of us - 8 performers, 3 musicians, a video person, a still camera person, and a safety, plus all our gear, hauled in a truck, an SUV, and a 12-person passenger van ( Read more... )

Has it been three years? What eventful years...jeez. It'll be something to eventually go back and read years and years of reflections; I've had an online journal for so long now.

doooh.. you know what.. i was *THIS* close to coming with robbie and performing with you guys. robbie is my soon-to-be housemate here in honolulu, and i didnt come because i'm trying to find us a new house as soon as possible. after hearing his stories, I SHOULD HAVE COME! .... :P

oh yes, definitely coming to burning man.. last count we have nearly 40 people in the first Hawaii Fire Conclave coming.. so it'll be good times.. ;)

Isn't performing the most kick ass thing EVER?!? I'm thinking I get you guys to perform with us in Abney Park sometime when we're playing California. We could provide the soundtrack and you guys could burn stuff. A match made in Heaven! (Or hell...whichever) Whatdaya say?

Hey, I'm just listening to the two downloadable songs on the site, and I want moremoreMORRRRREEEE!!! Would you hook me up with some more tracks? This is a different band than the one you were in several years ago, right? I just remember that I really liked that stuff, as well. Rock on!!

Yeah, the band I was in a few years back was called Josette's Eye. I'm in two bands now. One with my wife Melissa(instantkarmma) on vocals and me on guitar instead of bass. It's called Civita. We're still working on our site but at http://www.myspace.com/civitaband you can hear some songs. And I obviously play in Abney Park as well. Which songs from Abney Park did you get? You can probably get more either at http://www.myspace.com/abneypark or in the Abney Park Vault. Or, I could just send you some stuff. As you can see from the site, we'll be down in the LA area in August. Any chance of seeing you down there? It'd be great to see a friendly face!
