Beachy Spinny Hoopy

I am so wonderfully sore! Pi and I spent the afternoon at the beach yesterday, which happened to clear of fog as soon as we got there and turned nice and hot. I spun, spun, and spun some more - even though I was wearing myself out and running out of water, I couldn't stop! I picked up some new doubles tosses, and made some awesome progress in flow
