I just watched Sarah Palin's resignment speech.  Everything else aside, there is something strange about the way she speaks.  She has obviously learned the "speaking a lot without saying anything", but usually when politicians do this, they are reinforcing themes or making vague promises.  When Sarah Palin does it it just feels like random

I massively prefer written transcripts to audio or video. You can pause and think, reread, skim, move back and forth easily-- the written word is just a better medium for skeptical analysis of propaganda.

Is it just me, or does she sound like she's on drugs? Like, serious drugs? That would explain the complete lack of coherency.
