Blake's 7 / Swallows and Amazons (all)

I've been so busy this week, I've only had the chance to write this today. It's the Blake's 7 characters on Gauda Prime done with much of the plot and--I hope--the style of Swallows and Amazons by Arthur Ransome. His character Roger is so like Vila, I couldn't resist. If you don't know the books, just think 30s British children's adventure story.

I've got most of the Swallows and Amazons books and thoroughly enjoy them. I don't think a S&A/B7 crossover would *ever* have occured to me, but I'm looking forward to reading more of this. And yes, Dayna's just perfect as the outdoors-y type.
Oddly, I see Soolin being the Susan-type, doing some practical organizing. Though Susan lacked somewhat on the gunslinger front.

Dayna knows how to camp and cook outside so she can be Susan. Vila maps the best but the others fit fairly well. Soolin isn't with this group--yet. She will appear. :-)

My other fandom, I'm looking forward to the rest of this. You're right, Tarrant is Titty. If Avon isn't John he'd have to be Dick.

Avon would be a perfect Dick (um...) but I'm doing the first book and I've got enough characters and plot there to be going on with! So he's John but with more character (snark etc).
