Well..... he was interpreting anime to his own... uh.... ends, I suppose. He's cosplaying himself I think.

I think the description said it was a character he invented himself. But I'm sure there's a bazillion cross dressing, exhibitionist school "girls" out there.....

Heck, throw something like "cat boi" into a search of Y!Gallery and you'll probably come up with lots of hits of art showing very similar costumes. I don't quite get the attraction of that particular theme but he did an excellent job on his costume and like the poster on the article said; he has balls for doing it.
