I am seriously losing my patience with some of the KT fans.

Story: Basically KT's dome tour and industrial complex tour = suspended
Rxn: WHINY fans.
Reason for whine: But Arashi having tour! SMtown having tour! Every year KT got tour, so this year also must have! Coz 5th anniversary so must have! No Japan tour can go Asia also!

Me: Seriously? You guys are just sounding damned entitled.
Here's the caveat, I do want a KT tour too. I am going to Japan this summer myself, so it's a total waste coz technically every year they have a tour. But that doesn't mean that I should be whining like a bitch. Arashi is doing a charity dome tour which means that there would be nothing and just arashi singing in T-shirt and jeans - slightly exageerated but you get the point (that is usually what happens for charity tours anyway). And if anyone sees the Arashi schedule, it's nowhere near as impressive as even say the NMP Dome Tour. (Arashi is usually famous for their stadium tours more than dome tours anyway). It's not even in a full stretch. It's lasts ALL the way until next year ala once like 2 months. So the comparison to Arashi is already highly invalid. That is not even taking into account that KT tours (even the NMP tour) uses a fucking lot of electricity. And of course it is possible to have a tour (say arena tour, or a cheapened tour). But are you sure you want a cheapened version of the KT tour where there is minimal set and costume changes among other things? I bet they will be whining all over again. If you ask me, it is only fair that the dome tour gets cancelled. It shows that they are actualy civic minded. I won't be surprised if next comes a plea that goes somethinglike you can donate the money that you guys were intending for the concert to the diaster funds or something. In fact, if they actually went on with the tour, I think the backlash would be worse and this time from the public.

And why is the SMtown tour been included in the first place anyway. As a whole, they are selling more than KT anyway (since there are so many of them), so they have the right. And no matter how they are going to do it, it will still be not as grand as even an Arashi tour anyway. So it doesn't really matter. And there are ohter reasons such as it was booked really long time ago (which I honestly don't think it's a good reason, you can always cancel). And at the risk of sounding racist - they are Koreans. They don't have the civic responsiblity that Japanese such as Arashi, KT, NEWS etc etc have. They can do symbolic gestures like saving electricity, but honestly, Japan is not their hometownn, it won't matter as much to them. Andf even if they waste all the electricity, no one will blame them because they are not Japanese. If any of the Japanese bands start having a big tour, I am quite sure the media wil have a fieldday on how terribly unpatriotic these people are. So comparing the SM tour to the KT tour is seriously pointless.

And to skip Japan and go to Asia only is so ridicilous that I am not even going to the elaborate on it.

The last bit, exactly because it's a 5th anniversary tour, that's why it needs to be a good con and deserves to be postponed SO that they can have the full range of resorces at their disposal rather than a haphazard mess of things.

Conclusion:
It's def not a happy decision. But it's not like they had a choice ANYWAY. We all know KT lives on cons, and their con tours are a lot longer than a lot of other people. (Arena tour, dome tour every year. And longer stretches as well). We all know that KT loves cons and KT fans love cons. But everyone should just stop whining and continue to support the boys.

"The group did not say they were giving up though.

“We think about performing concerts all the time,” Kazuya Kamenashi said.

Edit:
“My adrenaline was pumping so much. I hurt my elbow, so I actually took six painkiller pills today,” Kamenashi said.
