Day 5: New arrival

Where: Outside Guy's manor
When: Day 5, afternoon

It was supposed to have been just an ordinary day, but so far in the few hours since she had awoken nothing had gone right at all.
What had happened last night? That had been her first thought upon awakening. She wasn't in a place at all familiar to her, and the only thing she remember having done last night was going home and eventually going to bed after a quiet night spend reading as she usually had been.
But now she woke up and found herself in a strange place. It wasn't her bed she had been in, no she had been on the hard ground, and in front of a large house, one that could only belong to a nobleman.
She didn't belong here, and the last thing she wanted to do was to cause trouble for whoever this beautiful home belonged to. No, all she needed to do was find her way home and then things would be back to normal. There was just one problem, she wasn't sure in which direction to go. That was easily remedied, she just had to ask and then she could be on her way.
That was exactly what she was going to do, but of course it couldn't be that simple at all. From a distance away from the person she was about to approach to ask for directions she saw that same man she had seen the other day, the one that had looked so much like her.
She was about to turn the other way and find her way home herself, but she found herself frozen in place. She just couldn't make herself take the simple step away from this place and her fears.
A pain shot through her head as had become common when she tried to remember anything that was now lost to her. It was almost unbearable this time. She closed her eyes and tried to clear her mind of what she had just seen. It was one of the few things that helped, since at this point she was having trouble remaining standing.
But now it looked like she was going to have no choice but to face what link to her past this man had.
