I think it looks pretty nice.

I cut my thread too short, so I'm sort of having to fudge as I go along, but you really can't tell from the outside, thank heavens.

Took me a while to find that one out.

I didn't even think of looking for a beading store! Michaels sells... "malachite," reconstituted malachite beads that look like crap. But they also sell strands of attractive green jasper, so that's what I bought. ;-)
