I'd start with the library and ask them, and you could also try the main uni switchboard. I successfully put in a complaint about a guy with a sandwich board who was standing just outside the library doors bothering students some years ago, so I think you'll get somewhere. Alternatively, try Estates & Buildings, they probably hired the guys. This is well beyond what is acceptable. And how very peculiar!

yeah I might try estates and buildings. sometimes a guy with a sandwich board shows up in George Square and says random stuff about Jesus, but he talks more to himself really.
