Sounds like my infamous (and now, happily, former) neighbours. I am so glad I don't have to listen to complaints about how the UK is a third world country any more, especially when it was on the subject of healthcare. Apparently if people don't have adequate, or indeed any, healthcare in the US, it's their own fault, so it doesn't count. And were you aware that American food is the healthiest around, especially when it comes from the south, as evidenced in their wonderfully low obesity rate? Oh - wait.
