I heard about this earlier today from another friend. I only knew her fic, but I was so very sad to hear about her death.

Oh my god...I was just thinking about sending her an email the other day. I can't believe this.

I'm in shock. What a loss. It's kind of sad that we get further away from people at the conclusion of certain fandoms, but she was such a big part in that one and I'll never forget all of those ridiculous, awesome memories.

Thank you for relaying the information; I'm not in touch with a lot of BSG people anymore so I probably wouldn't have known otherwise.

I can relate to the shock. It's surreal, isn't it?
She was such a big part of the fandom, back when it was such great fun that we would gather in the night to chat and hang out.

Oh, man. That's awful. Gods, this fandom is being decimated lately - first amidala_thrace back in March (aged just 25), and now Kimbari? Just... ugh. I'm so sorry for your personal loss; she was a lovely writer and I'm sure an amazing friend.
