While driving today there was a red balloon in the suicide lane, bobbing along, almost looking like it was dancing, like the movements were deliberate. I passed it and laughed, then watched in my rear view mirror to see the most peculiar thing. It bobbed forward then jumped back as another car passed, then bobbed forward into the lane to stop
