Mine's been on and off for a couple of years, but is definitely on now, which prevents me from exercising, but I know that taking off excess weight would lighten the pressure on the joints, but I can't exercise...it's a nasty cycle I'm hoping to break out of.

5th grade spring recruitment. Performing at the assemblies when they come over to the middle school (only catchy tunes like "Hey now, you're an All Star" and Pink Panther of course), and going to their music classes at the elementary schools to tell them how cool it is to be in music. Fun, but time consuming.

The boy is all about the tummy now, the first thing he does when we put him down to sleep is roll over! I know "back is best" but I figured I survived babyhood sleeping on my stomach!

When Kaitlin started to roll over, our doctor said it was OK for her to sleep on her stomach and that the risk of SIDS is greatly reduced once a baby can hold up his/her head. Kaitlin sleeps on her side or stomach almost all the time now.

Go big Double D, rolling over is key in life!
