I have now been home long enough to want to do a craft. For the record, we had an amazing amount of snow for GA (6 inches at once), enough to shut down school for an entire WEEK. It's funny how grumpy I get when the blogs I read don't update regularly, and yet here I am, not having written in 3 months! Looks like I never went on record to name this one of the best summers ever. David is just at such a fun age, he really can play now, and has a great imagination. Corey keeps buying him/us nerf swords, axes, mace, etc, so we play a LOT of princess/knight/dragon games, with the basement as the dungeon ( Read more... )

AKA a more specific list based on my last (unlisted) summer goal.  I've devoted the front left room of my new house to be my hobby room - if David gets a playroom and Corey gets a 'mancave' - I can have a music/craft room.  I have a baker's rack upon which to sort & store music, not that I've done much of that.
