So here's an update. I tore my anterior talo- fibular ligament and broke the ankle bone. I'm having minor surgery on Wednesday to help the regrowth of the the ligament. I'm still coaching my swim team, but from the side of the pool. :( I'm having fun down here in the south, but I miss my crazy canadians. This weekend my parents went out of

Well i don't exactly remember doing it, but i have narrowed it down to bending the foot back the wrong way 180 degrees.
