My two least favorite sensations in that case are the cold water working its way down my ribs, and the little pool of water that collects in the saddle causing one's testicles to ascend into the body.

Also, I find rain gear isn't worth the effort in many situations, including commuting, especially in warm weather. I'll take being soaked in rain water over being soaked in sweat.
