... dude, DG and I practically eloped. Married by a JOP on my lunch break, and not even our parents were there, much less other friends and family.

Hey, I totally get you. For various reasons, but I totally get not having the funds. And making cuts to a list of people you care about isn't easy. I'm sorry it came up again after it was said and done.

I'll never understand why people not getting married try to hijack the wedding day as being about them. As much as my inner girly-ness wants a wedding, the more I read about other's weddings, the more elopement seems the way to go. (Of course, I'm sure that pisses off people too.)

*laughs* I know you guys will see me soon enough..

And I will keep you posted on the DRIVING test (oy, the images that conjured up yeesh). But if I get a ride with you then you're stuck driving me everywhere I want to go whereas if I pass and rent a car you're free to do what you want while I buy out Bath & Body Works. :)
